Breakfast today

From Tamagoyaki

Took me a bit of work this morning... first time I tried it. They ended up being a little too big to eat. Need to make the rice part smaller and instead of a big roll on top, slice a thinner piece and lay it the other way.

  • 3 cups Japanese rice
  • 3 1/4 cups water
  • 1/3 cup rice vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
